♦ First goto Trickedouttimeline.com
♦ Select any one Cover Photo Effect.
♦ Then simply upload the photo you want to add effects. You can also choose a pic from Facebook Photo Albums( But you need to login from Facebook)
♦ After your photo gets uploaded it shows the photo. Now you can adjust its dimensions.
♦ Done now you can download the photos separately and upload them to Facebook.
