Micromax Bolt A35- Best Budget Mobile Phone under 4000 Rs - Overview from 91mobiles.com

Posted on 05:35 by Unknown
Micromax Bolt A35- Best Budget Mobile Phone under 4000 Rs - Overview from 91mobiles.com

Micromax started its business in Smartphones in India as a company that would offer one of the best specifications of a Smartphone in a budget. They have runaway success stories with this formula in mind with mobiles such as the Canvas HD, Canvas 2, Bolt A67. This year they have looked in the entry level segment and introduced the Bolt A35. Does it have the right tools to make it the best entry level phone? Let’s find out!
Display:
The Display is a 4” TFT with 480x800 resolution, 65k colours and 233 ppi. It’s one of the best screens in this price range & it has a good touch response as well. The screen size helps in not making the keyboard to cramped to type in, also considering the size it falls in the current trend of Android phones one can own where the screen size should be a minimum of 4”.
Hardware:
The Processor is a custom made Spreadtrum SC6820, 1GHz Dual Core. This is really good considering the fact that the phone will not lag and this is good enough for running some heavy applications like games, etc. Multi tasking will be a good experience to a limit as it has a ROM of 512MB and RAM of 256MB. This is the only let down as one would not be able to run as many apps as you can run out of memory required to run them simultaneously.

The internal memory is also a letdown considering you get only 160MB of it however you can use a MicroSD card upto 16GB in size.

The phone is a Dual-SIM that only supports 2G data. It does have Wi-Fi, Bluetooth v2.1 & USB. There is no GPS.
Software:

The phone runs on Android Gingerbread v2.3. This is another let down as one can do with an Android v4.0 today even in some entry level smart phones.
Camera:

The phone is equipped with a 2MP rear camera and no flash which is not too great considering people look for a minimum of 5MP cameras. It also has a front facing camera of 0.3MP resolution which is good enough for video calls.
Battery:

The Phone has a 1500mAh battery which will survive a day if the phone is used for everyday tasks like calls, messaging, surfing the net (as being a 2G handset battery use will be low). Micromax has rated it as having a talk time of 4.5hrs
Other Alternatives:

Videocon A15 – Over the A35 this phone has Bluetooth v3.0, a 3.2MP rear camera with flash. Trade-offs being a smaller battery and a 3.5” screen.
Karbonn A1* - This phone has Android Jellybean v4.2, 3.0MP camera. Trade-offs being a smaller 3.5” screen.
Verdict:

The Micromax bolt A35 indeed can be considered as an almost complete package in a budget. The things that keep it away from being complete are missing flash, 3G support, RAM, OS version & no GPS. However if one is looking for most of the basic needs in a Smartphone then this particular handset can be bought without second thoughts indeed.

How to Prevent Personal Data Theft - Paul Smith's Guest Post

Posted on 06:44 by Unknown
How to Prevent Personal Data Theft

Cybercriminals are not much different from common thieves and burglars: they also steal personal data, money by using different means. Take some actions in order to protect yourself from fraud and data theft. You don’t give your key from home to the thief, do you? Here you will read about the most popular tricks of malefactors and how to act in such situations.
If they ask you to point your personal or financial data in e-mail, at the web-page or in instant message, don’t do that!
Be careful, if you got a message or link, which forward you to a new page, where they ask you to point such information:
1.User name
2.Password
3.Social security number
4.Bank account number
5.PIN-code
6.Credit card number
7.Your date of birth
8.Your mother’s maiden name.

If you opened the page by link in such message don’t fill in any web-forms at it and do not sign in. In case if somebody asks you to give personal information don’t even try to do this. Very often it is enough for malefactors if you only type the information in the site’s fields without sending it.
In case of receiving some strange or unusual message from your friend, be careful, because his account can be broken by fraudster and he tries to steal your information or money. For example, your friend asks for help, because he is abroad without any money, or he lost his phone and you can’t call back him. It also happens that you get a link to some picture, video or post from your friend, but after pressing it you will get to the fishing site. That’s why think before open such links.
If you go to the website by the link from suspicious message in chat or mail never enter your password.
Even if they offer you to go to a safe resource, for example, of your bank, it is better to enter its URL address by yourself or use bookmarks.
Don’t tell anybody your passwords or send them by e-mail.
Passwords are the keys to your accounts and Internet services, that’s why you can entrust them only to a reliable person. Official site will never ask you to send a password by e-mail, So if you see such request do not answer it.
It is not a good idea to say your password to somebody, even if it is your friend or family member. When a person knows your password he can do something with your account that you don’t like or get any information, which is not for him: read your mail, write messages in social networks or get an access to your bank account.
Be careful if they ask you to register.
First of all, look at the URL: does it look real? Be sure that it starts from the https:// combination. It means that your connection to website is encrypted and it will be more difficult for malefactors to get your data.

Key points to remember for making your websites SEO Friendly

Posted on 07:13 by Unknown

With the evolution of several internet technologies, the task of designing and setting up a
website has become relatively easy. Each day several businesses go online, and there are
thousands of websites getting registered on the internet daily. For a particular niche or keyword, there exists thousands of website. So, how will your business website get noticed amid the bottleneck competition for online promotion? The answer is simple; you can opt for professional Search Engine Optimization or SEO Services. Companies, which provide  SEO Services in Canada , say that SEO services help in promoting a website online, based on the targeted keywords. Before opting for professional services, one can follow a few basic points to make the websites SEO friendly.

Here are a few key points, which will help you in making your website SEO friendly. By
following them, you will not require heavy investment on SEO Services. They are as follows.

Start with proper keyword research
Many website makers are known to create exquisite website, but are unable to focus on the proper keywords for spreading the message. Any Web developer in Canada , who has done website designing, says that designs speak loudly, only when they are accompanied by proper keywords. Your website design will be rendered useless if your website is not unable to focus on proper keywords. Do thorough keyword research, and after selecting the keywords, design the website based on the keyword niche.

Adopt a relevant title
The first piece of content, which gets indexed by the search engine crawlers, is the ‘Title’. If your website does not have a relevant title, then it will not get indexed properly. Like Keyword research, do research of the business and then plan a particular Title according to it. Title of the website should be based on the combination of keywords, and should be diversified to inculcate all relevant business keywords. Experts providing SEO Services in Canada say that popular search engines like Google, give high importance to titles of pages. Your title should give a brief description of the page it stands for.

Have good content
Nothing promotes a website more than attractive and fascinating content. The content posted on the website should be impeccable with respect to grammar, and should not be plagiarized. Duplicate Content and thin content heavily tax the websites and are malefic in regards to their search engine rankings. Any Web Developer in Toronto, which designs good websites, will always suggest the use of unique and relevant content, crafted in reference to the website designs. Google has been known to have good language crawlers, which index the content and then rate it for relevancy. Only websites with relevant content are able to secure higher rankings.

Maintain optimum keyword density
If you want the Web crawlers to index the page in a better way, then it should have sufficient keyword density. The keywords, which you want to focus for SEO, should be placed carefully in the entire page and should be repeated several times. Keyword density defines the number of times a particular is repeated, and 1 to 2% is the average keyword density required for a particular page. Any Web Developer in Canada, who has knowledge of SEO based web designing, will say that keyword density plays a vital role in good web-designing. This is because several inline designing parameters are known to include keywords.

Use of ‘H’ tags
Any Web Developer in Toronto will readily say that the html tag ‘H’ plays a significant role in making the website SEO friendly. ‘H’ tags are readily used for presenting sub titles within the content, and play an important role in emphasizing particular line or content. A piece of headline or the product title can be readily named using the ‘H’ tags, and search engines will put higher emphasis on indexing it. Appropriate distribution of H1, H2 and H3 tags, segments the content properly, and makes it SEO friendly.

Properly craft the meta description and meta keywords section
This section should be present on the main pages of the website, starting with the homepage. This data help the web crawlers in properly indexing the website. The Meta data should be able to give a short description of your website, and the content appears in the search results of search engines in the form of excerpts. By carefully drafting this content, one will secure proper indexing and right SEO ranking.

Use ‘alt’ attribute for images
Search engines are not able to index images as they are not text-based. For describing the images, in a better way, the ‘alt’ tag is used. One can give a simple description of images in the alt tag. However, the description should be short and limited to 1 or 2 words only. Companies, which provide SEO Services in Canada, are known to use the alt tag for placing keywords within the website efficiently.

Keep your graphics light
Avoid using heavy images and graphics as they will increase the page load time of your website. Search engines heavily tax slow loading website, and using light images will decrease the page load time. Any Web developer in Canada will say that use of low memory images is important in making website SEO friendly.

Advanced SystemCare 6 Free

Posted on 18:59 by Unknown

Keeping your computer in top-notch shape requires some specialized software that can identify and fix existing problems and also take precautionary measures to prevent the occurrence of some of those issues.

Used by more than 150 million users,Advanced SystemCare aims to fulfill the needs of users who need to have their systems optimized and running as fast as possible. This application is not only supposed to help fix Windows problems, but also to tweak the existing settings so that the operating system can load and work a lot quicker.

When installing this utility, you need to pay extra attention because the third-party software included in the setup may change the settings of your Internet browser. Once you get past this step, you will meet an eye-candy interface with modern elements that will guide you through the whole fixing and optimizing process.

The main window provides access to the main functions of the application, so that you can immediately initiate a 'Quick Care', a 'Deep Care', start a so-called 'Turbo Boost' or enter the Toolbox.

The two 'Care' parts have the power to heal your computer completely, but it's recommended to go for the more thorough one in order to spot any issue that might exist. Both of them run pretty fast, without putting a lot of stress on system resources, as we found out during our tests.

Clicking the 'Toolbox' icon will open a whole new dimension, as it holds modules for cleaning, optimizing and repairing Windows issues. Of course, each of them comes with a short description, so the user will definitely know what every function is all about.

Because power users will probably want to give their very own personal touch to the application, there's also a settings menu with all kinds of options, including one that concerns the overall look. Advanced SystemCare comes with theme support, and beside the ones already included in the app, you can also find more online.

All in all, Advanced SystemCare is a great helper if there's something wrong with your machine. It will find all the performance issues and fix them in a few moments, but make sure to perform regular scans if you want to keep the system firing on all cylinders at all times.
